In another window, open the folder where you currently store the photos that you want to add to iCloud Photos. Pro is not available in all countries due to lack of MS Store end user taxation management (I have no resources to handle that myself). Open Microsoft Store app in Windows and search for One Photo Viewer is the easiest way to get it.
